The HARD RESET is recommended when you experience any of the following:
- Your Chromebook won’t connect to your WiFi (whether it’s your own or an NVMI hotspot)
Here’s what to do:
- Turn off your Chromebook (Click on the power
icon on screen; Don’t do this by “closing the lid”)
- Press and keep holding the “Refresh” key
and then tap the Power button
.
- When your Chromebook starts up, release the “Refresh” key
.
Check and see if your problem still exists.
