For those who prefer to use an email client on their computer, the setup is quite easy.

If you have more than one NVMI email account, just repeat the steps to add additional email accounts.

All cadet.novamil.org and parent.novamil.org emails are in the Google system. Staff members are in the process of migrating from the Office365 system to the Google system.

Google has made this relatively painless, and has outlined the steps in this Gmail Help article.

Just remember there are two steps. First you must allow IMAP access to your NVMI email, then you can configure your email client to access the emails.
 

Remember, you can always access your NVMI emails in multiple ways, including via smartphones, email client, or any web browser. You aren't restricted to any one method of access.
