Pursuant to the Brown Act, this meeting will have all board member(s) participate via teleconference. PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD
ACTION: The board will consider a resolution to voluntarily surrender the charter of the Charter School and close the Charter School, due to lack of viable facilities effective close of business August 31, 2023, and appoint Kellie Jackson as the person responsible for closure-related activities.
